Client : Sunningdale ApartmentsProject : Rebranding | Feb 2011 A really interesting project, rebranding a retirement apartment complex. It's rare we get to design for a target audience over the age of 55 so the first task was to shake out all the stereo-types that we attach to retirees. The Sunningdlae Apartments are geared towards people aged 55 upwards, many of whom have more energy and "umf!" than most of the 30somethings I know. I wanted to design a logo that inspired confidence, community and safety. It had to work not only for the retiree's themselves but also their anxious children. We will also be redesigning the Sunningdale Apartments website this early spring. Also great to have two, genuinely nice clients!
